Once you’ve chosen your venue, your details will be passed on to our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinators, who will reach out to formally introduce themselves and kickstart the planning process for your delicious wedding day feast! The process is simple and enjoyable:
Approximately 12-18 months before your wedding day, you’ll be invited to a Tasting Event at the venue. This event is a fantastic opportunity to sample mouth-watering dishes, meet the Jenkinsons Catering Management Team, and experience the venue in a lively, fun and flavourful atmosphere!
About Six to Eight months before your wedding, our Jenkinsons Wedding Co-ordinators will contact you to arrange a meeting. During this consultation, you’ll discuss your ideas and finalise the menu for your big day.
As your wedding day approaches, your Wedding Co-ordinator will introduce you to the Catering Management Team. On this day, they’ll greet you warmly, with a refreshing drink as you make your way into the wedding breakfast room. Rest assured, our team is here to serve you and your guests with care and attention. If you need anything at all, don’t hesitate to ask – we’re here to ensure everything is perfect for you. It’s our please to make your day unforgettable.

Catering Meeting. In the meantime, for any foodie- related

We will arrange a personal telephone catering
appointment with you to discuss your requirements in more detail,
this will be approximately 6-8 months before your wedding.

We cater for all dietary requirements and are extremely careful with regards to
food allergens and intolerances. All dietary requirements are
inclusive and don’t incur any choice charges.
These must be clearly highlighted on your table plan.
You will be invited to an informal and fun Taster Session around 9-12 months ahead
of your wedding date. The taster is free of charge for the marrying
couple. It is a fantastic opportunity for you to sample some of our Chefs’ chosen dishes
and experience the quality and high standard of our food, presentation,
service, and to meet some of our friendly team.
We will require your final seating plan 30 days prior to your Wedding Day,
this will need to highlight any dietary requirements, children and
nominated carvers should you be choosing Host a Roast.
If you are offering your guests a choice of menu, please provide a breakdown of their selections table by table. As you approach the final confirmation date, you will receive a link to complete this information.
As Jenkinsons have the privilege of being sole caterers, no other
external suppliers are permitted. You are welcome to
provide your own Wedding Cake and Confectionary Table.
Yes, we offer at a reduced rate, a Main Course and Dessert for your suppliers
during your Wedding Breakfast Meal and Evening Food for your evening suppliers.

There is an additional cost of £3.50 per person, per course (maximum of 3 options per course). This charge does not apply to alternative dietary meals.
We would require each of your guests choices on your seating plan.
Yes, we have options to add in extra courses from Amuse Bouche,
Sorbet to Cheese Courses, ask your wedding co-ordinator for more information.
All plated Main Courses come served with Bowls of Vegetables
per table for your guests to enjoy inclusive of your costs per person. If you would like additional sides to your menu please speak with your Wedding Co-ordinator.
Yes, of course, you can mix and match all of the starters and
desserts to create your perfect wedding menu.
Please Note: Some will have supplements such as the duos, trios and premium options.
Some of our venues host events beyond weddings, including corporate functions. For more information, please refer to the individual venue websites. For these events, our standard payment terms apply.
All menu prices are quoted per person and are inclusive of VAT.
This also includes all crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen tablecloths
and linen napkins throughout your wedding day.
Pricing is only confirmed at time of catering meeting approximately 6-8 months ahead of your big day.
50% deposit is due 21 days after your catering
meeting and then the remainder of the balance is
due 21 days prior to your wedding date.
We require all final numbers 30 days prior to the event date.
Please note that any requested changes after this point cannot be guaranteed and will incur an administrative charge. Due to the unique requirements of each event and our commitment to providing the highest level of food and service, urgent changes can be made subject to the administrative charge. However, we regret that no changes can be made within the final 3 days prior to your event date.
