Your Journey

Once you’ve chosen your venue, your details will be passed on to our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinators, who will reach out to formally introduce themselves and kickstart the planning process for your delicious wedding day feast! The process is simple and enjoyable:

1. Tasting Day

Approximately 12-18 months before your wedding day, you’ll be invited to a Tasting Event at the venue. This event is a fantastic opportunity to sample mouth-watering dishes, meet the Jenkinsons Catering Management Team, and experience the venue in a lively, fun and flavourful atmosphere!

2. Consultation Meeting

About Six to Eight months before your wedding, our Jenkinsons Wedding Co-ordinators will contact you to arrange a meeting. During this consultation, you’ll discuss your ideas and finalise the menu for your big day.

3. Your Wedding Day

As your wedding day approaches, your Wedding Co-ordinator will introduce you to the Catering Management Team. On this day, they’ll greet you warmly, with a refreshing drink as you make your way into the wedding breakfast room. Rest assured, our team is here to serve you and your guests with care and attention. If you need anything at all, don’t hesitate to ask – we’re here to ensure everything is perfect for you.
